Keep your shoes on pointe and relieve tension in your tendons with Rehearsal Flexers. This rehearsal ribbon designed to alleviate pressure that causes Tendinitis. It enables dancers to rise from plié to pointe with minimal constriction and no bagginess. Each package contains 4 Rehearsal Flexers that are 7/8" wide and 2 yards long.

IN OUR EXPERIENCE
These ribbons come in four separate sections - two for each shoe. On each of the ribbon sections, there is a shorter side & a longer side - attach the ribbons to the shoe using the shorter section. We recommend lining up the ribbon & elastic section first, marking the ribbon with a tailors pencil/pen, and then sewing them into your pointe shoes in order to get correct placement.
Similarly, sew your ribbons on you pointe shoes and tie them up before trimming them to ensure you don't make them too short!
We recommend using the Stitch Kit or Stich Kit Pro to attach these ribbons to your shoes.
